Give yourself a gift to take care of you! Step into an oasis of tranquility for 2 hours! This is a relaxing, balanced workshop specifically created to ease, nurture and harmonize the body, mind and emotions in a safe, caring, compassionate place. Deep, calming, conscious breathing and mindful awareness will be encouraged as students move gently through easy stretching, as well as some restorative postures with guided meditation. Various poses and stretches may be held longer to allow the body to deeply relax. You will have the opportunity to give yourself a gentle neck and shoulder massage accompanied by soothing music, Reiki Healing, aromatherapy. Props will be used to encourage overall relaxation. We will then conclude with a nice long deep relaxation via Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep).
