Downtown Willoughby restaurants, bars and shops are painting the town pink this Thursday, Feb. 7 for their inaugural breast cancer awareness event, DTW Thinks Pink.
DTW Thinks Pink will feature sales and special pink items in participating shops, bars and restaurants. Many businesses will be collecting donations for The Gathering Place.
The Gathering Place is a caring community that supports, educates and empowers individuals and families touched by cancer through programs and services provided free of charge. For more information visit www.touchedbycancer.org or call 216-595-9546.
DTW Thinks Pink lasts from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., but many participating businesses are collecting donations or holding events throughout the day and evening.
