The city of Willoughby has postponed its trick-or-treating in advance of poor weather conditions.
Willoughby trick-or-treating has been moved from Wednesday, Oct. 31 to Sunday, Nov. 4 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Those who will be giving out candy, please leave your patio light on so children will know you are participating.
