Downtown Willoughby Scarecrow Contest is Totally Rad

Ever wonder what a Billy Idol, Flock of Seagulls or Cyndi Lauper scarecrow might look like? This year’s theme is the ’80s, and it’s going to be totally rad! Make a scarecrow to help decorate downtown Willoughby’s streets during Halloween season and win some awesome prizes!

1st place: 2 Cavs tickets and a cash prize
