Mister can’t believe his good fortune at being rescued. He loves going to work, enjoys meeting people and other animals, and tries to keep his owner motivated.

Great to see Mister in your paper. Judy adopted Mister from Star-Mar Rescue. What a great home he has! Just a note: Mister’s teeth were pulled due to decay and infection. Sadly, in rescued puppy mill dogs, having to remove some if not all of their teeth is the norm even at such a young age. Our goal is to see rescued puppy mill dogs living normal lives. It’s a long, hard road for them to get there.

People who adopt rescues rather than buying from breeders deserve our admiration. Judy must have a very kind heart and I am sure that Mister Gummy Bear is grateful for his new home and job.
So great to see a Star-Mar Rescue dog featured! These puppy mill survivors are so greatful to have a “normal” dog life and give so much love. I have fostered several adult puppy mill survivors dogs just like Mister and each and every one have both physical and mental issues that they have to overcome. Thank you Judy for adopting such a great little guy and giving him the wonderful life he so deserves!
